I hope you will enjoy and be inspired by my musings on such themes as spiritual formation, Kingdom ministry and the mission of the church in today’s world. I would like to provide my readers with an interesting post about once a week. As a thought leader and Kingdom activist, I find myself consistently in the middle of conversations that challenge the status quo of the predominate mindsets and paradigms commonly found in the body of Christ today.
What fires me up is that the conditions that stifle the capacity for believers to live the life Jesus made possible can be successfully faced and overcome by applying the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit, but this very often does not happen. Therefore believers remain stuck in unfruitful patterns and the church continues to struggle simply to survive. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Join me in visioneering a Jesus-centered way forward to Kingdom breakthrough in your personal life and in your God-ordained capacity to advance the Kingdom in your neighborhood and networks.
I am a full time missionary with Church Resource Ministries where I serve as the Director of Pioneering Initiatives for ChurchNEXT (a strategic department of CRM/Novo). After decades of church planting, pastoring and teaching at a Christian University and Seminary, I now enjoy leveraging my knowledge and experience to equip, coach and consult with leaders and teams worldwide. I also love spending time with my awesome wife, Jill, and our kids and grandkids, all located close to each other in Nampa, Idaho.
